THE United States State Department said the June 18 and 19 visit to China of Secretary of State Antony Blinken was "candid, substantive and constructive."
The two sides have agreed to continue discussions on developing principles to guide the bilateral relationship of the two nations, as discussed by US President Joe Biden and China's President Xi Jinping in Bali.
