Wembanyama arrives in US ahead of NBA draft

VICTOR Wem-banyama has arrived in the US for the NBA draft.

The plane from France carrying Wembanyama — who almost certainly will be taken by the San Antonio Spurs with the No. 1 pick in Thursday's draft (Friday in Manila) — arrived at Newark International Airport outside of New York City on Monday (Tuesday in Manila).
