TO support energy security and conservation in the provinces of Cagayan and Isabela, the United States Agency for International Development (USAid) awarded more than P65 million ($1.16 million) in grants.
According to the US Embassy in Manila, the awarding of the said grant was part of the visit of USAid Assistant Administrator for Asia Michael Schiffer to the Philippines from June 15 to 18.
