Linubian Festival gathers food lovers

TUGUEGARAO CITY: Showing their mastery in making cassava and rice cakes, particularly lubi-lubi or linubian, the Rural Improvement Club (RIC)-Camalaniugan won the best linubian at the Linubian Festival held at SM City Tuguegarao on Monday, June 19, as part of the 440th Aggao Nac Cagayan.

Thirty-two RIC and 4-H Clubs from different towns and cities in the province participated in the competition.
