Leachon to testify in Dengvaxia case

HEALTH reform advocate Dr. Anthony Leachon will be the next prosecution witness as the criminal case filed by parents of children whose deaths were linked to the Dengvaxia vaccine resumes under a new judge.

At Monday's hearing, Judge Maria Gilda Loja-Pangilinan of Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 229 directed the prosecution and defense panels to prepare their arguments and evidence early to avoid further delaying the proceedings.
