FOLLOWING the postponement of its original date due to the rains brought by the recent typhoons, the 2023 Philippine Rally is back on track once again as the Philippine Rallycross Series (PHRX) announced a new date for the return of the dirt racing event. The 2023 Philippine Rally is making a comeback on June 24 to 25, 2023 at the New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac.

Originally scheduled to flag off on May 27-28, the 2023 Philippine Rally announced the postponement of its first round rally due to the river that spilled over and damaged several parts of the special stages in the area caused by heavy rains in the area.
