APARRI, Cagayan: The Aparri School of Arts and Trade (ASAT) won the championship in the Sand Sculpture Competition on Friday in honor of slain Aparri town vice mayor Rommel Alameda held as a part of the celebration of the 440th Aggao Nac Cagayan at the seashores in Maura village here.
The sand sculpting competition was focused and dedicated to the bravery of the late vice mayor as a public servant.
