LRT1, LRT2 fares to go up in August

THE Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Monday said that lines 1 and 2 of the Light Rail Transit will collect higher fares beginning August 2 this year.

Boarding fees will increase from P11 to P13.29 and an additional P1.21 will be collected per kilometer traveled, up from P1 per kilometer.
