NIA, KRC partner for irrigation development

THE National Irrigation Administration (NIA) inked a partnership with Korea Rural Community Corp. (KRC) to further develop the irrigation system in the Philippines.

NIA Acting Administrator Eddie Guillen and KRC Chief Executive Officer Lee Byung Ho on Friday signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) that also aims to address food security, disaster prevention and climate change response.
