PH's brightest young chess players compete in Asean+ Age Group

The country's brightest and most promising young chess players vie for pride and glory at the 21st Asean+ Age Group Chess Championships that opened on Sunday, June 18, at the Eastern Asia Hotel in Bangkok Thailand.

The Filipinos battle it out with players from Brunei, China, FIDE (Russia), Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
