THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday that most parts of the country could expect generally fair weather conditions over the next 24 hours.
This, following the weakening of the southwest monsoon locally known as "habagat" which has brought torrential rain in many areas in the country for the past few weeks, weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said.
