Muntilupa seeks to address mental health issues in city

FOR Muntinlupeños currently undergoing a mental crisis, there are only two messages they need to hear: you are not alone, and there is hope.

The city government recently convened the Mental Health Committee to lay the groundwork for Community-Based Mental Health (CBMH) programs and address mental health issues right at the grassroots.
