'Name focal person for senior citizens'

SEN. Francis Tolentino has urged Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa to appoint a 'focal person' who will handle the welfare of senior citizens.

Tolentino asked Herbosa in his weekly radio program whether the Department of Health (DoH) has designated someone to attend to the welfare of the elderly.
