Paglinawan named Clark airport chief

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE: The state-run aviation firm Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC)on Wednesday announced the designation by the board of directors of Nancy Paglinawan as officer in charge of the agency.

Paglinawan is the CIAC's current vice president for finance and will act as the agency's interim president in lieu of Joshua Bingcang, who served as the agency's president since March 17 but was appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on June 8 as president and chief executive officer of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
