BACOLOD CITY: Iloilo City-based power distributor More Electric and Power Corp. (MORE Power) has assured the employees of Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) that they will be prioritized in the hiring of personnel for the joint venture Negros Electric and Power Corp. (NEPC).

Jonathan Cabrera, MORE Power media officer, told The Manila Times that the assurance was made by Roel Castro, the power company's president and chief operating officer, during a dialog last week with Ceneco employees that was also attended by Arnel Lapore, acting general manager of the electric cooperative.
