FOLLOWING the successful launch of the 158th Malasakit Center inside the Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital (DPMMH) in Guagua, Pampanga on June 9, Sen. Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go said he remains dedicated to ensuring that every Filipino, particularly poor and indigent patients, can avail themselves of the benefits provided by the Malasakit Centers.
"I am sad every time I hear that there is someone who refuses to go to the hospital for fear of expenses. Do not be afraid because the Malasakit Center is here to help you," said Go, who is also known as "Mr. Malasakit."
