BulSU receives PQA Level 3 citation

THE Bulacan State University (BulSU) received the Level 3 Philippine Quality Award (PQA) at Malacañang Palace in Manila.

The award was bestowed recently to University President Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon where she was joined by BulSU Executive Vice
President Dr. Teody San Andres and Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Jaime Pulumbarit.
