QC, Navotas top CoA's financial transparency

THE local governments of Quezon City and Navotas City received the highest audit opinion of the Commission on Audit (CoA) for their transparent financial reporting.

It was the third straight year for Quezon City, while Navotas hit the record for eight straight years.
