VOYAGER Innovations Inc., the owner of the digital banking app Maya, is planning to raise $100 million to $150 million this year to support an aggressive expansion bid.
"There is an effort to raise some money. Anywhere between $100 [and] $150 million," Manuel Pangilinan, chairman of Voyager, said on Tuesday at the sidelines of parent firm PLDT Inc.'s annual stockholders' meeting.
