DMCI Homes is eyeing new leisure, condotel and township developments following an increase in its Luzon land bank to 96.9 hectares from 65.1 hectares.
The mid-segment real estate developer said it had acquired properties in the provinces of Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna and Pampanga.
