Mining company president accuses 4 of trespassing

PHILSAGA Mining Corp. (PMC) president Joseph Mahusay reported the alleged trespassing infraction by a shareholder of Vitrinite and other individuals on the Philsaga site in Agusan del Sur, dubbing it as 'unethical campaign tactics' to grab control of its Australian partner company, Ten Sixty Four (X64).

In a statement, Mahusay said the Vitrinite shareholder Ryan Welker, ousted PMC president Raul Villanueva, and Vitrinite-backed nominees for the X64 Board, Robert Milbourne and Andrew John Brown, were all seen at the PMC site in Agusan del Sur without his authorization last month.
