SEC warns public vs Shopro

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has cautioned the public against dealing with Shopro International, which it found to be offering securities without the proper license.

The firm is not registered with the SEC and is also not authorized to sell securities or engage in related activities, the regulator said.
