THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) has disqualified the supplier of the driver's license cards from taking part in the bidding for the P240.12-million pre-printed driver's license cards after it was discovered that it incurred delays in its contracts with other government agencies, including the release of national IDs.
The findings were presented by the DoTr's Technical Working Group for Goods and Services (TWG) during the Post Qualification Evaluation for the Procurement of License Cards for 2023 meeting by the Centralized Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) on June 9.
