'Chedeng' downgraded into severe tropical storm

'CHEDENG' has been downgraded into a severe tropical storm as it exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the weather bureau said on Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the storm continues to move north-northwest over the Philippine Sea.
