SAN NICOLAS, Pangasinan: A woman collecting P20 environmental fee from every tourist arriving here has issued a computer-printed receipt that bears a seal that says Barangay Malico, Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya.
She is seated at the right front corner of the Malico Tourism Assistance Center building to enable her to see people who are visiting a shrine honoring Filipino, American and Japanese soldiers who fought during World War 2, and which was built on a mountain top.
