THE Manila Electric Company (Meralco) admitted on Sunday that they were at fault for the more than 30-minute power interruption at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 last Friday, June 9.
In a statement, Meralco said that its subsidiary MServ was testing the terminals' electrical facilities when the power outage occurred.
