EJ Obiena cleared 6.0 meters to post a new Asian pole vault record and conquer the Bergen Jump Challenge in Norway Saturday night, June 10 (Manila time).
The Filipino Olympian aced the 6.0m height in just one attempt and broke the previous Asian record of 5.94m he posted in the World Athletics Championships last year in Oregon, United States.
