Maliksi clutch shots lift Meralco to thrilling win over SMB

Allein Maliksi rescued Meralco from the jaws of defeat after making clutch shots in the endgame to lead Meralco past San Miguel Beer, 92-89 in a thrilling finish in their PBA On Tour match on Saturday at the Tiaong Convention Center in Tiaong, Quezon.

With Meralco holding on to a solitary lead, Maliksi knocked down a jumper, before following that up moments later, with a three-point shot to give the Bolts a 90-84 lead, with 2:44 to go in the out-of-town match.
