Trade Assistant Secretary Allan Gepty says the Philippine Export Development Plan is a strategic roadmap to boost local business in the country and enhance competitiveness in the international market. The agency bared plans to protect local industries from the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement (RCEP) by putting systems in place.
