Top Frontier, Far East Holdings ink share deal

TOP Frontier Investment Holdings Inc., which owns 66 percent of San Miguel Corp. (SMC), said on Thursday it had agreed to sell 45 million common shares worth around P10.86 billion to Far East Holdings Inc.

Far East Holdings is a private company owned by the family of businessman Ramon Ang, the president and chief executive officer of SMC.
