Police probe slay of municipal consultant

THE police are investigating the killing of the municipal consultant of San Rafael town in Bulacan who was shot dead by a riding-in-tandem in Barangay Sampaloc, San Rafael on Monday morning.

Police Provincial Office (PPO) director Col. Relly Arnedo has ordered LtCol. Isagani Enriquez, acting chief of San Rafael Police Station, to conduct an 'in-depth and thorough investigation' into the killing of John Emerson, 33, consultant for internal affairs of the local government of San Rafael.
