BACOLOD CITY: The African swine fever (ASF) virus has reached Victorias City in Negros Occidental with nine confirmed cases.
Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez and city veterinarian Michael John Cabuguason made the announcement in a press conference at the Victorias City Hall on Tuesday.
