'Mayon Volcano eruption very likely'

AN official of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said there is a high likelihood of an eruption of the Mayon Volcano.

In a recorded video interview with The Manila Times, Phivolcs Volcano Monitoring and Eruption Prediction Division chief Maria Antonia Bornas said the volcano's eruption is possible because it erupts quite frequently, pointing out that it last erupted in 2018.
