DoST Region 1 forges MoA with NRCP, La Union's Burgos

THE Department of Science and Technology Region 1 (DoST 1) forged a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) and the local government unit of Burgos, La Union.

This was for the implementation of the Bridging the Utilization of Research and Development Results, through Awareness and Dissemination as well as Science and Technology (Burda) for the Community Empowerment and Science and Technology (CEST) program of DoST.

In attendance during the momentous activity were DoST 1 OIC-RD Teresita Tabaog, NRCP Executive Director Bernardo Sepeda, Burgos, La Union Mayor Delfin Comedis Jr., Provincial S&T Director Jonathan Viernes, CEST Project Leader Decth-1189 Libunao, and NRCP researchers, staff and DoST 1 team.
