MALACAÑANG urged the public to support preparations to mitigate the impacts of the looming dry spell as the National El Niño Team held another coordination meeting in Camp Aguinaldo last Monday.
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said the meeting, led by the Civil Defense deputy administrator for operations, Assistant Secretary Bernardo Rafaelito Alejandro 4th, and attended by representatives of various member agencies, centered on the development of the national action plan for El Niño.
