GO Negosyo founder Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Tuesday lauded the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) for its willingness to assist the Kapatid Angat Lahat Agri Program (Kalap), a private sector-led initiative that aims to boost the livelihood and improve lives of small farmers in the country.
Concepcion, who is also the lead of the Private Sector Advisory Council-Jobs Sector Group, recently met with DAR officials led by Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella 3rd.
