AN Waray party-list group asked the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to reconsider its ruling that revoked its registration for allowing a second nominee to illegally sit as member of the House of Representatives during the 16th Congress in violation of the Party-List Law.
In a 35-page motion for reconsideration, An Waray assailed the cancellation of its registration by the Comelec's Second Division, saying it should be reversed and set aside for insufficiency of evidence.
