BACOLOD CITY: The Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) and Prime Electric Holdings Inc.,a subsidiary of Iloilo City-based MORE Power Corp., signed a controversial joint venture agreement (JVA) here on Saturday, June 3, 2023.
Signing on behalf of Ceneco was president Jojit Yap and Primelectric president and CEO Roel Castro while acting general manager and lawyer Arnel Lapore acted as witness.
