PALAYAN City, Nueva Ecija: 'What happened? Is it a rotating brownout?' The questions came from Sen. Maria Imelda Josefa 'Imee' Marcos when the supposedly unscheduled power outage cut short a speech that she was giving during a visit to Rizal town in Nueva Ecija on Friday.

Marcos appeared visibly irritated at the interruption of her message while using a megaphone as she led the distribution of financial assistance through the Department of Social and Welfare and Development's (DSWD) program Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS).
