POWER plant BulacanSol, in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Philippine National Police (PNP), successfully launched and conducted its skills enhancement program for the barangay tanod (village watchmen) of Barangay Tibagan, San Miguel, Bulacan on May 18, 2023.
Titled "Klinika-Kaalaman," the program was designed to provide village watchmen with essential knowledge and skills in maintaining peace and order within their respective communities. Some 20 barangay tanod and officials from Tibagan, one of BulacanSol's host communities, attended the launch.
