THE Office of the Vice President (OVP) has opened a satellite office in Cotabato City.
"It is really better if we have staff here whom the public can see every day; they can monitor the situation in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao area so that action is swift," Vice President Sara Duterte said.
