Cayetano vows to continue backing grassroots sports

SEN. Pilar Juliana 'Pia' Cayetano said sports is an effective way to promote health and develop discipline among the youth. It also opens opportunities like scholarships for aspiring athletes.

In an interview at the sidelines of the national finals of the Red Bull Half Court 3x3 Basketball Tournament in Taguig City on Saturday, Cayetano said she believes that sports activities for the youth could help them in their future endeavors.
