QUEZON City First District Rep. Juan Carlos "Arjo" Atayde said it was time to fast-track the passage of a measure that seeks to prevent adolescent pregnancy in the country.
Last May 23, the House Committee on Youth and Sports Development approved the substitute bill providing for a national policy on adolescent pregnancy.
