MANAOAG, Pangasinan: From 7,000 visitors on a typical weekday and 25,000 visitors during weekends recorded in 2014, the numbers rose to nearly 12,000 on weekdays and a modest estimate of 54,000 visitors during weekends based on a survey made from the last quarter of 2022 up to the first quarter of 2023.

That's how many devotees and tourists go to the pilgrimage town of Manaoag in Pangasinan these days.
