BACOLOD CITY: Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson is supporting proposals to require candidates of the forthcoming barangay (village) and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections to undergo drug tests.
As long as it is free, it should not be a problem for candidates to submit themselves for drug testing, Lacson said.
