AN ardent reader of this newspaper, a certain Ms. M.C., sent me a message which read in part — "How about bringing up topics about electric bicycles, sidecars and tricycles (drivers) who refuse to stay on the right slow lane [of the road]? Even if you honk them gently, they won't budge, so you have to crawl with them and [be] forced to overtake them. I think it's the LGU (local government unit) who must do something about it. May you call their attention through some... I don't know. I always have to overtake them. They cause accidents. Even [other] drivers get frustrated with them."
Defining e-bikes, etc.
