Grab the cake!

REMEMBERING the phrase as a joyful prompting I made to my firstborn on his first birthday celebration. The tot did as told, and what a mess he made as the icing splashed on his face while he started gobbling up the chunks his hands had grabbed of the cake.

That was tradition in any case and each time did not fail to cause delight and excitement for the guests.
