THE third leg of first lady Marie Louise "Liza" Araneta Marcos' "Lab For All" caravan was held in Tarlac City on Tuesday and was attended by both national and local officials.
The "Lab for All" program is an initiative of the first lady's office together with the Sagip (Social Amelioration and Genuine Intervention on Poverty) party-list, Department of Health (DoH), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and local government units.
