Navotas, Valenzuela lauded for good governance

THE cities of Navotas and Valenzuela were both victorious in their campaign for good governance and exemplary service as they received the Accelerating Reforms for Improved Service Efficiency (Arise) awards from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA).

Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco and Vice Mayor Tito Sanchez received the award from ARTA Secretary Ernesto Perez and Undersecretary Gerald Divinagracia during the agency's 5th anniversary celebration at the Manila Hotel on Monday.
