BACOLOD CITY: Bago City Mayor Nicholas Yulo on Tuesday questioned the request of the Department of Agriculture (DA) regional office to conduct a random blood sampling of hogs for the African swine fever (ASF) in the city because it is "a duplication of what the province is doing."

"Do they mean they don't trust the province?" he asked.
